By accepting these terms and conditions you agree and represent you are purchasing the goods for commercial/ bussiness purposes.A quotation for the goods given by us only valid for a 20 bussiness days only from its date of issue.
Services charges are free in warranty periods after those applicable charges will be valid.
1. Definitions
The following terms shall have the following meanings:
‘Bussiness day’ a day (other than a sunday or public holidays) ‘contract’ means the contract between you and us for the sale & purchase of goods made through the site or direct and formed by our acceptence of your order. ‘delivery location’ means the location set out in the order or such other location as may be agreed between you and us. ‘goods’ means the goods set out in the order and as described on the site or in our catalogue (whichever is applicable). Pictures and any descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
2. Basis Of Contract & Acceptance of Orders
The order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the goods in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the terms of the order are complete and accurate.

3. Delivery
All deliveries dates are approximate only.time of delivery shall therefore not be of the essence. If you fail to take delivery of the goods on the date of delivery, we shall, without prejudice to our other rights,be entitled to store the goods at your risk and you shall pay all storage and additional carriage costs as per applicable.
Spares and replacement parts are generally deliverd with in 1-7 working days only, however in some cases they are not held in stock and have to be specially orderd from the manufacturers in india.it can extend the lead time.
Once the goods have been deliverd to you, you become the owner of the goods and from that point on they are at your risk.
4. Modification Of Order
We reserve the right to modify specifications, designs and materials where such modifications do not materially affect the quality or fitness for purpose of the goods or to comply with any applicable standards or legal requirments.
5. Price & Payment
- All prices are exclusive/ inclusive of all taxes.
- Prices do not include delivery charges.
- Order will be execute after 50% advance at the time of order, rest of payment before delivery.
- Payment mode: the payment may be made by net banking, debit card, credit card or any other online model of payment.we do not accept cheques or money orders.
6. Warranties, Return Policy & Cancellations
Warranties on products stands 12 months only if products are equipped with electrical parts etc.
All special orders are made to order and are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Goods are not sold on trail basis. You should check the specifications and suitablity of the goods before ordering.
Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in same conditions as when they were deliverd and they are correctly packed in the original packing with manuals, proof of purchase, and have not been used, scratches& breakages.
Ex work warranty or on site warranty depend on products which will be mention in order form at the time of confirmation of order.
After expiry of Product standard warranty period, all services are on chargeable basis to the customer.
